We love training new dental professionals so they are successful in their field! And, we love working with dentists to help them find the right solutions for their practice.
Filomena Cioffi
Filomena holds a diploma in Registered Dental Assisting, as well as courses in Las Vegas Institute, Dental Management and Oral Health and Safety. She is a firm believer in learning new things in your career. Dentistry has always been a value for Filomena, she remembers seeing her family dentist as a child and being interested in everything that was happening in the dental chair.
Filomena is a passionate, caring, and loving female entrepreneur. She strives for excellences in all she does. Filomena has worked in the dental field for over 20 years. She started her career as a Registered Dental Assistant and Dental Administrator and is very passionate about this field. Over the years, Filomena has expanded her knowledge and experience and has been a Dental Office Manager for the last 10 years. She is excited and driven to help others be the best Dental Administrators possible, Filomena believes they are the key to a successful dental practice!
Filomena spends most of her time with her loving husband and two beautiful teenage girls. They love traveling as a family and Maui, Hawaii, is their favourite place in the entire world! They have travelled extensively throughout Canada, Cuba and Mexico as well. They hope to see more of the world in the near future.

Chantelle Warren
Chantelle has worked in the dental field her entire career and could not imagine doing anything else! She started her career as a Registered Dental Assistant and quickly knew she wanted to learn the Business Administration role. After working both roles, Chantelle’s interest really became focused on the business side of Dentistry and she quickly moved into becoming a Dental Office Manager.
As Chantelle’s experience grew as a Dental Office Manager, she realized she was training a lot of new staff and her passion shifted again. For the last three years, she has worked at several dental colleges training new professionals in Dental Assisting and Dental Office Administration.
Starting Dental Dynamic Institute has been a long-time goal for Chantelle. She has always wanted to work with dental offices to help them improve patient care and their business solutions. She is thrilled to be doing what she loves and it shows!
Chantelle enjoys gardening and “design on a dime” renovations. She has three grown children and three adorable grandchildren. She has played the bagpipes since she was young and played with the Cochrane Pipe Band for almost 10 years.
Chantelle is a Registered Dental Assistant with expanded skills. She holds a Leadership Series Certificate from the University of Alberta School of Business, Executive Education and Karrass Effective Negotiations Courses. Chantelle strongly believes in continuous learning and that there is always room to grow.
